Highside was one of the first companies in the Netherlands to charge for outgoing calls on a per second basis instead of per minute, and that remains true to this day. This applies to all the countries in the European Union, and to almost all countries worldwide.
Some countries obligate international telecom operators to charge for their traffic on a per minute basis. This means that Highside is necessitated to charge our clients per minute for these countries only. These countries are:
- Cook Islands
- New Caledonia
- Niue Islands
- Papua New Guinea
- Solomon Islands
- Western Samoa
Charge for call setup
Highside will not charge clients for a call setup unless obligated to by the local regulations. With this, we keep our voice rates clear and we provide the best value for money VoIP in the market.
If you’ve any questions regarding our rates, please contact us. We’re happy to help you.
